## Cancellation & Refund Policy (Kündigungs- und Rückerstattungsbedingungen)
- **No Refunds**: We operate a strict no-refund policy. Once purchased and provisioned, the allocated hardware and network resources belong to the client for the prepaid billing cycle.
- **Terms Violation & Ban**: If a server is banned or suspended due to non-compliance with our Terms of Service (ToS) or abuse policies (e.g. outbound DoS/DDoS, port scanning, malware, illegal material), the server is terminated and permanently deleted without any restrictions or notice, and absolutely no refund is granted under any circumstances.
- **Cancellation**: Clients can cancel their server renewal at any time via the dashboard. The server remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
